Ember High
Ember is a multi-faceted practitioner, providing Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy to effectively support and connect with her clients. A calm, Zen approach to sharing space and engaging with people gives her clarity and insight in identifying underlying structural issues and a sense of peace and relaxation to those she works with.
A proud graduate of the East West College of the Healing Arts, located in downtown Portland, OR, Ember finds satisfaction and joy in providing the best bodywork she can to all her clients. Her lived experience in the queer and trans community has nurtured a deep sensitivity to the impact the connection between the body and mind can have, and patience for accommodations needed to make your session welcoming and comfortable. Therapeutic bodywork is a great way for people to experience their interconnectedness and help them hone a deeper understanding of what they need to feel balanced.
Outside of the world of massage, Ember is also a graduate from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Geology. She spends her time exploring the natural world and the city around her, cooking homemade meals with friends, reading a wide variety of books, playing music, and roller blading when the sun is shining.
